Hanna is an ABO Certified, licensed optician. She brings a level of customer service in our Optical department that is caring and informative. Her nurturing personality is always a bonus when fitting those first pediatric patients. Hanna has joined a long family history of eye care professionals, starting with her great, great grandfather. We welcome Hanna’s caring and positive attitude to our practice, and you’ll welcome her professional expertise.

Bonnie is a Certified Paraoptometric, she became an Eye Care Professional after 15 years as a Veterinary Technician. Those same passionate and problem solving skills prove to be of great assistance daily to your care. A diligent, hardworking and knowledgeable technician, Bonnie has been a strong asset to our clinic. Bonnie is a lifelong resident of the area and attended UVM and Lyndon State. She looks forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

Trisha has been in the optical industry for more than 20 years. After graduating from Champlain College with an Associate Degree in Business Management, she was first employed by Dr. Lee Eastman, O.D. She became a registered Ophthalmic Assistant with the American Optometric Association and is now an ABO certified Optician. 
She belongs to the New Hampshire Opticians Society, American Paraoptometric Association, National Academy of Opticians and is a registered ophthalmic dispenser in New Hampshire. 

She has been a volunteer on two separate VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) missions to Peru and India, in charge of the optical dispensaries on both missions. Trisha has also been the volunteer community member for the CQI Committee at Weeks Hospital in Lancaster. 

Jennifer is currently our Contact Lens Assistant and Patient Liaison.

She belongs to the American Paraoptometric Association, and is a registered ophthalmic dispenser in New Hampshire. 

She is a Lancaster native and currently lives with her family in the Jefferson area. Jen joins our practice with nine years of experience in the healthcare patient relations field. Jen has proven to be an exceptional asset to the practice.

Karissa has over 10 years experience in patient care and customer service. Her caring and companionate personality make her a perfect fit to our patient care team. Karissa enjoys helping patients and ensuring all there needs are met and questions answered during their exam. Her knowledgeable background in medical patient care creates an efficient and caring atmosphere throughout the entire office. We our very excited to have Karissa as part of our team. Karissa resides locally with her husband and daughter, and is excited to help others in her local community.

Laura comes to us with many years of customer service experience. Her attention to detail and great organizational skills make her a huge asset to our front desk staff. Laura graduated from Champlain College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Laura resides locally and in her free time enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog.

Hannah joins our team with over 7 years of experience in healthcare patient services. Her cheerful disposition will happily greet you when you visit our office. Hannah is a life long resident of New Hampshire where she resides with her husband and children. In her free time Hannah enjoys spending time with her family on her husband's family's farm.

Emily joins SFEC with 20+ years of experience in customer service and healthcare, both clinical and clerical. Her dedication to patient care and experience is especially important to her. Emily’s diverse skillset makes her valuable in all aspects of patient.  Her talents and compassion, have been wonderful addition to SFEC. While her NEK roots run deep, she loves to travel when the opportunity arises.  In her free time she enjoys gardening and continues to explore surrounding mountains and lakes, often hiking, kayaking and camping.
