  • Dr. Suzanne Corbitt
    Montpelier

    Dr. Suzanne Corbitt graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. [GO HEELS] She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She completed a residency in Ocular Disease through New England College of Optometry at the VA in White River Junction, VT. If the opportunities arise, she volunteers her time in underprivileged communities and countries providing eye care and glasses.

    Dr. Corbitt is a member of the Vermont Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She is currently the Vermont Optometric Association Continuing Education Co-Coordinator. When not engaged in eye care, she enjoys the numerous year-round outdoor activities that Vermont's Green Mountains have to offer.

    Molly King, OD
    Montpelier

    Molly King, OD graduated from Marist College with honors in 2013 with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to receive her doctorate from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 2017. From there, she completed a residency in ocular disease and primary eye care within the VA Boston Healthcare System in Brockton, MA. 

    After residency, Dr. King joined the team at the Center for Eye Health in Massachusetts, a large, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice serving communities south of Boston. During her time there, she provided routine and specialty care to the patients of all ages, including pediatric exams, post-operative care, contact lens fittings, and low vision examinations.

    Originally from Hampton, New Jersey, Dr. King considers herself an honorary New Englander and is excited to explore her new home of Vermont with her husband and two rescue dogs. 

  • Sara - Ophthalmic Technician
    Montpelier

    We are very excited about the addition of Sara to our Montpelier location. Sara joins Shippee Family Eye Care with a degree in Medical Assisting and several years of experience as an ophthalmic technician.

    Sara's versatility of skills allows for her contributions from the front desk to the exam room and we are so happy to have her warmth and kindness in our office daily. Sara currently lives in Central Vermont with her son and enjoys spending time with her family.

  • Kylee - Ophthalmic Technician
    Montpelier

    Kylee joins Shippee Family Eye Care with several years of healthcare experience. Before entering the medical field, Kylee worked with children and families after earning her B.S. in Early Childhood Education at the University of Vermont. Kylee brings her love of working with families and her passion for the healthcare field to her work as an ophthalmic technician at Shippee Family Eye Care. We are so excited to have Kylee join our team. Her skills and passions make for a great addition to our knowledgeable staff at our growing Montpelier location. Kylee was born in Vermont, and currently lives in Central Vermont with her son where she enjoys time outside in this beautiful area year-round.
